Velocity Network has moved into their new Headquarters in the former Rothrock building located in downtown Erie. Kidder Wachter bought the building in 2013 to renovate and develop the property and sold the property to Velocity Network in 2017. Development, Design, and Construction by Kidder Wachter Architecture & Design and Kidder Wachter Jefferys Construction.
First Employees to Move Into New Velocity Net Complex Next Month
Erie Insurance is preparing to welcome new neighbors into a brand new apartment development at 5th and German. And it started by moving two historic homes to the neighborhood.
Improvements include a new 6,000 square foot Exhibit Center and renovations to the 160-year-old Wood-Morrison House, at Erie County Historical Society’s Hagen History Center.

Major work is underway, as the Erie County Historical Society turns an historic home right next door to the Hagen History Center into part of its campus. The Wood-Morrison House at 338 West 6th Street dates back to 1858.

Renovation work is now underway to turn a vacant Erie office building into the new headquarters for Velocity Network or VNET. The work had been delayed because initial bids came in too high. But the new bids were within budget so the work is starting.
